Enjoy an all-inclusive feast of delicious Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, and a juicy Butter Poached Lobster Tail. The night will begin with Jumbo Lump Crab Stuffed Shrimp with Lemon Beurre Blanc. A sweet Strawberry Champagne Cake will be served for dessert. The Chef will also select a Red Wine Pairing as well as a Champagne Toast!
Live entertainment kicks off inside Breakers as The Fuchery hits the stage at 8:30pm for a live performance. The group of musicians keeps the energy alive with no script, ripping songs the crowd enjoys by requests. Additionally, the new hot-spot at Mohegan PA, the Hive Taphouse will play host to the Hoopla Band Lite as they take the stage for a 9:30pm performance. Celebrate the main event, Saturday, December 31st, at one of the seven Mohegan Pennsylvania venues participating in Endless Midnight! Mohegan Pennsylvania Delivers More Than
$635 Million in Local Economic Activity to Pennsylvania
Mohegan, world renowned entertainment and gaming entity, today announced its North America properties generated a total of $5.2 billion in local economic activity over a one-year period, according to the brand’s first-ever Economic Impact Report. Analyzing data for 2019 (the most recent representative year), the report details Mohegan’s significant, positive impact on employment, household income, direct visitor spending, as well as state and local tax support. Mohegan commissioned Oxford Economics, the world’s foremost independent economic advisory firm, to conduct the study.
The analysis utilized a widely recognized approach to determining economic impact and examined all Mohegan properties in operation in 2019: Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut; Mohegan Pennsylvania in Wilkes-Barre; ilani in Ridgefield, Washington; Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey; and Niagara Casinos in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
“Mohegan is deeply-rooted in supporting the communities in which we operate and serve, and this new report makes clear the true scale of that impact across our critical partnerships, charitable giving, sustainability initiatives, funding infrastructure, and direct contributions to state and local government revenues,” said James Gessner Jr., Chairman of the Mohegan Tribe. “We are guided by our core values and our centuries-old philosophy, ‘Spirit of Aquai’ – living the importance of cultivating productive and long-term relationships. This study demonstrates the important benefits of those relationships.”
The $5.2 billion in economic activity includes:
- Nearly 35,000 total jobs created
- More than $2.7 billion in revenues generated onsite and off-property by the 15.7 million visitors to U.S./Canada-based Mohegan destinations in 2019
- $759.3 million paid in state and local taxes, including gaming contributions, supported by Mohegan
- $639.2 million in business purchases by Mohegan to contribute to operations, supporting networks of local businesses of all sizes in the communities and regions in which Mohegan operates

Mohegan, the developer and manager of high-profile
entertainment resorts in the US and beyond, is excited to announce that the first destination to bring gaming to Pennsylvania in 2006, will now be known as Mohegan Pennsylvania.
“We recently refreshed our corporate name, going from Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment to Mohegan,” said Ray Pineault, CEO of Mohegan. “Many of our partners, stakeholders and valued guests commonly refer to our brand as ‘Mohegan,’ so the new title is a strategic decision that truly encapsulates our capabilities and values. To also create synergy across the Mohegan portfolio, especially as we continue to grow in-line with the Mohegan Tribe’s vision, destinations like Mohegan Pennsylvania have also rolled out a rebrand.”
This refreshed name change follows the rollout of Project Starlight, which will soon include the completion of a $10 million renovation to Mohegan Pennsylvania’s 237-room hotel. Other property enhancements as part of Project Starlight include the The Hive Taphouse, which is a new bar and live music venue home to a great entertainment calendar, various flat screens for the big game, 20+ beer options and a full dining menu. The all-new Hive Taphouse will host NEPA’s top Halloween Party on Saturday, October 29th starting at 8:00pm
Guests are in for a treat when a new Halloween bash hits Mohegan Sun
Pocono (MSP) on Saturday, October 29th from 8:00pm – 10:00pm inside The Hive Taphouse. The Haunt at the Hive will have its own Halloween costume party set to award cash prizes for the best costumes in different categories. The Haunt in the Hive will also feature the popular band, Screaming Broccolli, on the music stage.
For entry into the costume party, guests must be 21+ and register on the Sky Bridge outside of The Hive Taphouse during the event. Contest winners will be announced at 11:00pm. There will be three categories; Scariest, Most Original and new this year, Best Couple or Group costume! The top prize for each category will check in at $300 in cash. From there, 2nd and 3rd place in each category will be awarded $200 and $100 respectively. It’s time for the most enthusiastic Halloween partiers in northeast PA to bring their A-game! The Haunt in the Hive will also feature a drink special, The Zombie – made with Vodka, Midori Lime, Blue Curacao and RumChata.
In addition to a killer costume contest, the rockers by way of Staten Island, NY, Screaming Broccolli, will be on-hand providing live entertainment. On The Edge – is a free day-long music concert event featuring Radio Flashback, The Idol Kings, Dustin Douglas & The Electric Gentlemen and more! This music festival will take place at the Mohegan Sun Pocono Outdoor Concert Venue.
In partnership with Mohegan Sun Pocono, BluElefante, & the Bold Gold Media Group family of local radio stations, The RadioBOLD Music Festival is a listener appreciation event in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Bold Gold’s award winning RadioBOLD Mobile App.
