WILKES-BARRE, PA (June 15, 2015) – Summer is finally here, and Mohegan Sun Pocono is turning up the heat with Hot Summer Fun celebrations all season long! This year’s celebrations start on July 1st and are hotter than ever, with new chances to win every day through August 31st.
Scratch Mania Wednesdays
Every Wednesday, the first 500 guests to earn a Momentum Status Point starting at the stated time will get to play Scratch Mania! Pick up a scratch card at any Player’s Club booth and reveal the lucky symbols to win up to $25,000 cash. Best of all, every ticket is a winner! Boardwalk Surprise Fridays

Celebrate Independence Day weekend with a bang with a fireworks extravaganza at 9:30pm on Sunday, July 5th, at the conclusion of an action-packed night of harness racing. Then, on Saturday, August 22nd, celebrate Mohegan Sun Pocono’s 50th anniversary of racing with an exhilarating fireworks spectacular set to being at approximately 10:30pm at the conclusion of evening racing.
Bring the family to see these spectacular displays ignite the sky. These events are free and open to all ages, and food and beverages will be available to purchase.
Celebrating 50 Years of Harness Racing
2015 marks the 50th year of harness racing at Mohegan Sun Pocono, and we are celebrating in style!
