WILKES-BARRE, PA (November 7, 2017) – Mohegan Sun Pocono is excited to announce an all-new new Irish Pub & Eatery, Molly O’Sheas, set to open winter of 2018, near the main valet entrance.
Construction is underway on the new location with Somerville Construction. The venue will feature authentic Irish décor, a delicious dining menu, live weekend entertainment and one of the best beer and whiskey menus to be found in the region.

The nightlife at our property already has fantastic stops like Breakers and Bar Louie, and to now round it out with Molly O’Sheas is very exciting. With a target opening date of winter 2018, some of the beer menu highlights at Molly O’Sheas include; Guinness, Smithwicks, Harp, Strongbow Hard Cider, Killian’s Irish Red and Yuengling Lager. And for whiskey lovers, Molly O’Sheas will have everything from Jameson to Tullamore Dew. In addition, beer flights and whiskey flights will also be available.
On the eatery side, the pub will serve up comfort appetizers and entrees: Irish Nachos, Homemade Chips, Sheperd’s Pie, Bangers and Mash, Ruebens and a variety of sliders.

A seasoned casino veteran specializing in casino promotions and rewards programs, at Mohegan Sun Pocono, Erica is now responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and execution for all consumer and casino communications at Mohegan Sun Pocono.
“The level of experience that Erica brings to Mohegan Sun Pocono is priceless,” says Tony Carlucci, President and General Manager, Mohegan Sun Pocono. “She has played an integral role in the success of casino marketing in Connecticut and we are excited to have her bring her insights to our employees and guests.”
Erica comes to Mohegan Sun Pocono with twenty – five years of vast experience in the casino marketing industry and is a day one employee of Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. Her career with Mohegan Sun includes management positions in departments including VIP Services, Casino Marketing and Consumer Promotions.
In her most recent role as Director of Consumer Promotions and Player’s Club, Erica oversaw the creation, development and execution of various casino events and programs. She is familiar with Mohegan Sun Pocono product and market. As a knowledgeable and valued member of the Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment team, she was called on to assist with the introduction of Momentum at Mohegan Sun Pocono, and has been a source of reference for the Mohegan Sun Pocono marketing team over the years.
Erica appears in the new Mohegan Sun digital TV series, Back of House, which launched in recent weeks.
