WILKES-BARRE, PA (November 21, 2025) – NEPA’s ultimate holiday experience, Jingle at the Hive, is set to return to Mohegan Pennsylvania this November! From Tuesday, November 25th through Thursday, January 1st at The Hive Taphouse, guests can enjoy a decked-out holiday pop-up takeover featuring festive dishes, handcrafted holiday cocktails, and a variety of seasonal brews. There is fun for everyone, featuring holiday line dancing, movies, trivia challenges, karaoke sing-alongs, live bands, and more!
Special Events
Holiday cheer takes center stage at The Hive Taphouse with an exciting Mistletoe Scavenger Hunt! Every Friday through Sunday during Jingle at The Hive, five mistletoes will be hidden throughout the venue, inviting guests to join the fun. To participate, simply grab an entry form and list the locations of all five mistletoes. Drop your completed form into the designated collection box inside The Hive Taphouse, and if you’ve found them all, you’ll score a special BOGO entrée coupon!
Jingle at the Hive is turning holiday visits into a fun challenge with its “I Survived Twelve Days at Jingle at the Hive” promotion. Guests who spend $10 or more (excluding alcohol) in a single purchase will earn a stamp on their official “I Survived” card. Guests who collect all 12 stamps will receive an exclusive T-shirt. It’s a festive way for guests to celebrate the season, enjoy great food, and take home a keepsake that proves they conquered all twelve days at The Hive.
Each Sunday, guests can enjoy Brunch with a Holiday Twist at Jingle at the Hive from 9:00am – 1:00pm. On select Sundays, November 30th and December 14th, The Art Party Place will feature special Brunch n’ Craft sessions where participants can create seasonal masterpieces: a charming Vintage Lighted Tree on November 30th and a whimsical Gingerbread Birdhouse on December 14th. On Friday, December 12th, Jingle at the Hive will host a festive movie night featuring National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation from 8:00pm – 11:00pm. This family-friendly event invites guests to wear their favorite Christmas pajamas and enjoy complimentary popcorn while watching a holiday classic.
Additionally, Jingle at the Hive is keeping the holiday spirit alive with a lineup of interactive entertainment. Guests can join in the fun with Holiday Bingo & Karaoke with DJ Tommy on Friday, November 28th, test their knowledge and vocal skills during Holiday Trivia & Karaoke with DJ Tommy on Fridays, December 5th and 26th, and kick up their heels at Holiday Line Dancing with Red Dirt Road Line Dancing on Friday, December 19th.

Mohegan Pennsylvania to also Host Qualifying and Semi-Final Rounds leading up to the Inaugural Competition
WILKES-BARRE, PA (November 10, 2025) – Mohegan Pennsylvania is excited to announce that NEPA Philharmonic’s inaugural Battle of the Bands is set to take place in the Keystone Grand Ballroom on Saturday, January 31, 2026, presented by ROCK107. Leading up to the live performance competition, Mohegan Pennsylvania will also host the qualifying and semi-final rounds in Breakers, where bands will battle it out for the final spot in Battle of the Bands.
Starting at 7:00pm on Saturday, January 31st, selected bands will each perform live on stage in front of a panel of judges, including Music Director Mélisse Brunet. The judges will be looking for the best, boldest, and most original local talent – anywhere from rock, indie, folk, funk, bluegrass, metal, experimental, and beyond. The Battle of the Bands champion will receive up to $5,000 cash and a chance to perform live with the NEPA Philharmonic during their 2026-2027 season. Tickets to NEPA Philharmonic’s inaugural Battle of the Bands competition are on sale now via the NEPA Philharmonic website.
The NEPA Philharmonic has just announced the eight finalists who have already been selected to perform on the January 31st date: So Much Hope, Buried., Gracie Jane Sinclair & The Band, Chasing Ashlee, Tori V & The Karma, The Sorters, Those Dudes, Rogue Chimp, and One Revived. These bands will be up against each other, as well as one other band who will be selected by Mohegan PA throughout December and January.
Breakers at Mohegan Pennsylvania will host qualifying rounds on Thursdays, December 4th, 11th, and 18th, where three bands will be battling it out each week. One band from each qualifying round will be selected to move on to the semi-final round on Thursday, January 8th. Only one band will move on from the semi-final round and have the opportunity to compete in the Battle of the Bands competition on Saturday, January 31st. Breakers will be open to the public from 6:00pm – 11:00pm and bands will be performing from 7:00pm – 11:00pm on each qualifying and semi-final round date. Breakers will also hold happy hour from 6:00pm – 7:30pm on each date, featuring $6 You Call It’s.
Bands who did not apply during the initial selection process can apply on the NEPA Philharmonic website from Monday, November 10th – Friday, November 14th for a chance to compete in the qualifier events. Selected bands will be announced on Friday, November 21st.

The NEPA Philharmonic is a fully professional symphony orchestra performing classics, pops, holiday, chamber, and July 3-4 concerts. 10-bout Fight Card takes place on Saturday, November 8th; Tickets on-sale now
WILKES-BARRE, PA (October 7, 2025) – In partnership with Northeast Boxing and PA Championship Boxing, Mohegan Pennsylvania is excited to announce that the inaugural Mohegan Fall Brawl is slated for the Keystone Grand Ballroom on Saturday, November 8th. Doors for much anticipated fight card will open at 6:00pm and the action gets started at 7:00pm. A marquee fight will include Scranton, PA native Ryan Wilczak. Boxing fans are in for a memorable night as four world-class ranked fighters join forces with top regional talent for a stacked 10-bout card that promises action, excitement, and a packed venue. Leading the lineup is Kurt Scoby (18-1, 17 KOs), a nationally ranked powerhouse who is just one win away from a seven-figure payday. Scoby will headline the event, bringing his explosive style and knockout power to center stage.
Also featured is Haven Brady Jr. (16-0) out of Atlanta, Georgia, whose undefeated record and impressive knockout ratio (10-0, 9 KOs) make him one of the sport’s rising stars. Rock N’ Brew Fall Festival is a 21+ event where guests can raise a glass to beer, bands, and bites. From Noon – 10:00pm, those in attendance can enjoy live entertainment headlined by Super Trans AM: The Super 70’s Concert Experience and the highly anticipated return of Separate Ways the Band! Additional highlights include the popular wiener dog and chihuahua races, stein holding competitions, and the fan-favorite NEPA Cornhole Tournament. Tickets are $7.00 and on-sale now via eGiftify. The volume at Rock N’ Brew is set to be turned up with an electrifying lineup of live entertainment that will keep the energy soaring all day and night! Dogs will compete against other dogs of their own breed. Before each race, a special costume contest parade will occur where dog owners can dress their dogs in their best 70s or 80s rock outfit!

Rock N’ Brew is slated to be packed with high-energy activities and nostalgic fun for all ages! Guests can test their aim and teamwork in the NEPA Cornhole Tournaments or show off their flair in costume contests by dressing in their most iconic ’70s or ’80s rock-inspired outfits. For those with strength and stamina, the stein holding contests offer a chance to win prizes and bragging rights. The excitement continues in the game area which will feature classics like giant chess, giant Connect 4, rope toss, basketball toss, and yard pong.
