Breakers to feature the best tribute bands on the first Saturday of every month through June, with Dean Ford kicking things off!
One of the top touring tribute acts around are making their way to Mohegan Sun
Pocono. Dean Ford, whose resemblance and performance in tribute of the late Pop superstar, Prince, is arguably unmatched, will be on stage with his band, The Beautiful Ones, for a free show inside Breakers at Mohegan Sun Pocono on Saturday, January 5th. This show kicks-off live entertainment at Breakers that will play host to incredible tribute bands well into the New Year!
The Beautiful Ones are the first of what will be a regular tribute band lineup at Breakers, one of the best live music bars in PA, the first Saturday of every month through June 2019, with shows starting around 9:30pm, with no cover. WILKES-BARRE, PA (December 4, 2018) – Magician/Comedian Justin Willman is performing live in the Keystone Grand Ballroom at Mohegan Sun Pocono on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 8:00pm.

This summer, Willman premiered his six-episode magic series on Netflix entitled Magic For Humans with Justin Willman. In the series, Willman brings his skills as a magician to the strange and misunderstood subcultures of America, while incorporating his disarming demeanor into street magic and social experiments that will boggle the mind. Upon premiering, the show instantly became one of the most streamed shows on Netflix with clips from the show garnering over 300 million views to date across social media, even sparking a viral meme. Indiewire called Willman the “perfect magician/hybrid prototype with incredible comedic timing,” and Rotten Tomatoes currently has the show listed at an 88% audience approval.

Legendary hip-hop artist, DJ Biz Markie, DJ’s Mohegan Sun Pocono’s 2018 Halloween Boo Bash; $5,000 Is Up For Grabs For Best Costumes
WILKES-BARRE, PA (October 17, 2018) – Taking place on Friday, October 26th, from 8:00pm – Midnight, Mohegan Sun Pocono’s Keystone Grand Ballroom will be home to the 2018 Boo Bash, with DJ Biz Markie in the DJ booth and a $1,000 grand prize up for grabs in the Boo Bash costume party! $5,000 total in cash prizes will be divvied out to the best costumes at the party with winners announced at 11:00pm. This is a free event for guests who are 21 and over!

The legendary DJ Biz Markie brings more than 30 years of hip-hop acumen and 
an overwhelming fan-base that stretches from New York City to Japan to Europe. At the age of 14, Marcel Hall dazzled his neighborhood under the alias of Biz Markie.
