WILKES-BARRE, PA (June 25, 2025) – The performance by the popular Bon Jovi tribute band, Jay Bon Jovi, originally scheduled outside for Party on the Patio at Mohegan Pennsylvania tomorrow evening has been moved to Friday night due to anticipated inclement weather. The concert will begin at 7:30pm on Friday, with doors opening at 6:00pm. Premium seating tickets will be honored for this rescheduled performance. Premium guests who are unable to make the rescheduled date will receive a full refund through their form of payment.
Jay Bon Jovi is a tribute band made up of five best friends who grew up on the anthems of the ’80s and now bring that same rock spirit to stages across the country. Combining members of 7800 Fahrenheit and Bon Poison, they deliver an immersive concert experience that faithfully recreates the sound, look, and feel of Bon Jovi’s iconic Slippery When Wet and New Jersey tours. Events to be held at Breakers, Embers Terrace, and The Hive Taphouse on select nights in May and June
WILKES-BARRE, PA (April 16, 2025) – Mohegan Pennsylvania is about to turn entertainment up a notch with special Red Dirt Road Line Dancing and Open Mic Nights in May and June. Breakers and Embers Terrace will be hosting the line dancing while The Hive Taphouse will feature open mic nights. These events are free and open to the public though guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
Guests are invited to giddy up with Red Dirt Road Line Dancing at Mohegan Pennsylvania, even if it’s their first rodeo! This Country music experience starts with a one-hour lesson led by instructors with more than 10 years of line dancing experience, followed by another hour of open dance. Embers Terrace is set to host Red Dirt Road Line Dancing from 5:00pm – 7:00pm on Thursday, May 15th, 4:00pm – 6:00pm on Saturday, May 17th, 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Sunday, May 18th, and 5:00pm – 7:00pm on Thursday, June 5th. Breakers will get in on the line dancing action on Saturdays, June 7th and 14th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
Open Mic Night at The Hive Taphouse is going to be the new highlight of guests’ Fridays! Those in attendance can showcase their skills in comedy, music, poetry, or anything in between. Sign-ups for 15-minute time slots will begin at 8:00pm, and performances will run from 8:30pm to Midnight. Open Mic Nights at The Hive Taphouse will take place every Friday night in May. Winner receives a cash prize and emcee bookings at comedy venues across Northeast Pennsylvania
WILKES-BARRE, PA (April 7, 2024) – Calling all comedians! Wise Crackers Comedy Club at Mohegan Pennsylvania is excited to host the first ever NEPA’s Funniest Competition. This competition is open to the public, and those who think they’ve got what it takes can take center stage and battle for the chance to be the first to claim the title of “NEPA’s Funniest”. The comedian who is crowned “NEPA’s Funniest” will receive a $500 cash prize and be booked to emcee at Wise Crackers Comedy Club inside Mohegan Pennsylvania, Emmaus Theatre in Emmaus, PA and Soul Joel’s in Pottstown, PA. Comedians who come in second and third place will also receive cash prizes.
The first round of the competition takes place every Sunday from June 1st through July 20th (excluding July 6th) and each comedian will get one, five-minute set. Those who advance to the second round will get ten minutes to compete in a Sunday slot from July 27th – August 17th. Semi-finalists will have 12 minutes to crack up the crowd on Sunday, July 24th, and the finalists will go head-to-head for the top spot with 15-minute sets on Sunday, September 7th.
Those looking to support the comedians can purchase seats in the audience for $10. The audience will also have the chance to vote in every round except for the finals, where a panel of judges will select the winner.

Under the baton of Maestra Mélisse Brunet and Scott Coulter’s Spot On Entertainment, this iconic performance honoring one of music’s most legendary superstars starts at 7:30pm in the Keystone Grand Ballroom.
