Our Players Services will be honoring Veterans by handing out American Flag pins, a number of restaurants will feature great discounts and winning Veterans receive an extra bonus during the 11th Anniversary Celebration giveaway!
To thank our active and retired military members for their service, Timbers Buffet offers a 50% lunch buffet, Wolfgang Puck Express offer a 50% food purchase, Elixir offers 50% off breakfast sandwiches and coffees and Rustic Kitchen offers a 20% discount. WILKES-BARRE, PA (October 20, 2015) – On Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11th, to honor those who have served our country, Mohegan Sun Pocono offers discounts and deals for active and retired military members, as well as patriotic performances by the Mohegan Sun Pocono Team Member Choir outside of Timbers Buffet at Noon and in the racing lobby at 12:30pm.
Relax—you deserve it! For our active and retired service members, Spa Sapphire offers a 25% discount on all services on Wednesday, November 11th. Men and women can enjoy a luxurious facial, relaxing massage, blissful body treatment or soak, exquisite Aromatherapy manicure and pedicure, or a visit to the exotic Himalayan Salt Sauna or detoxifying MudChamber with Rain Shower Cascade & Steam. A number of restaurants will feature great discounts and there will also be special one-day bonuses for Player’s Club members and guests looking to sign up as well!

IN DETAIL: Honor Our Veterans Day at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs’ will be offering a several deals for all veterans and active duty military personnel. At Bar Louie, all veterans and active duty military members will receive a free lunch or dinner with a valid U.S. Military ID. This offer is good for one food selection up to $10.00 and choice of any non-alcoholic beverage. Many other restaurants and quick bite eateries throughout the property are also taking part including 10% off any purchase at Johnny Rockets, 20% off any purchase at Wolfgang Puck Express and 15% off any purchase at Rustic Kitchen. Ruth’s Chris Steak House will also provide a $25 “Be Our Guest” card to be used for a future visit while Ben & Jerry’s will offer a free topping with any ice cream purchase.
