From Friday, June 28th through Sunday, September 1st, Momentum members can enjoy exclusive giveaways with chances to win cash prizes, Free Slot Play, a 2024 Limited Edition Ford Bronco Raptor and more. Additionally, Mohegan Pennsylvania is turning up the heat this year by celebrating 15 years of Party on the Patio with a record-breaking 22 weeks of shows throughout the summer season.
Mohegan Pennsylvania’s Hot Summer Fun Kick-Off marks the start of the season with an epic beach ball drop and electrifying performance by Almost Queen: A Tribute to Queen and on Friday, June 28th. Starting at 6:00pm, guests are invited to sit back and relax at the Outdoor Concert Venue while enjoying refreshing beverages like the brand-new Party on the Patio Lager with Lime, a special collaboration with Runaway Train Brewery. Delicious bites will be provided by local lobster food truck Wicked Pissah, and Burger Bus will also serve up delectable hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and seasoned Patio Fries. Mohegan Pennsylvania will be holding an exclusive $1,000,000 Tropical Treasure promotion, where Momentum members can win Free Slot Play, food credits and up to $1,000,000 in cash! Throughout the Hot Summer Fun season, guests who earn two daily Status Points can redeem game pieces at the kiosks located near the Promotions Booth. On Fridays, guests who earn the required Status Points can redeem 2X game pieces. The first guest to complete all five game boards will win $25,000. Additionally, one lucky guest could instantly win $1,000,000 in cash!
Hit the road in a brand new Limited Edition Ford Bronco Raptor from Tasca Ford OR $50,000 cash! Kicking off on June 28th is Mohegan Pennsylvania’s Buck Wild Bronco Giveaway where Momentum members can earn one entry for every Status Point earned while playing slots or table games and 10X entries every Wednesday throughout July. The grand prize drawing will take place on Saturday, August 3rd.
Mohegan Pennsylvania’s Uncle Sam’s Sweepstakes will take place from Monday, July 1st through Saturday, July 6th. Momentum members can earn one entry for every Status Point earned during the designated period and 76X entries on Thursday, July 4th. The drawing will take place on July 6th, and five winners will be selected every 30 minutes to draw a red, white or blue envelope out of the Prize Barrel that contains either $170, $760 or $1,776 in Free Slot Play.
From Sunday, August 4th through Sunday, September 1st, Mohegan Pennsylvania will be holding a $100,000 Hot Summer Sweepstakes where Momentum members can earn one entry for every Status Point earned during the designated period and 10X entries on every Sunday in August. HOT SUMMER FUN DAYS OF THE WEEK
Momentum members can win big or score some sweet deals every day of the week during Hot Summer Fun!
On Play & Eat Sundays, Momentum members who earn at least four Status Points will be able to print a $15 Play and Eat voucher at the kiosk. This voucher will be valid from Sunday through Saturday and is redeemable at all dining locations except Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
Forever Young Mondays provide food & beverage specials for guests 55 years of age or older. These guests can enjoy half off select entrées at The Hive Taphouse from Noon-5:00pm. Additionally, guests 55 years of age or older who earn one Status Point will receive $10 in food credit.
The first 500 Momentum members to earn one Status Point on T-Shirt Tuesdays will receive a commemorative Hot Summer Fun 2024 t-shirt. A new design is featured every week – guests can visit each week to collect all nine! Momentum members can begin earning at 6:00am and print their voucher at any Promotional Kiosk beginning at 1:00pm. Vouchers are available until 500 have been claimed or 6:00pm, whichever happens first.
On Wheel Money Wednesdays, one Momentum member who is actively playing a slot machine or table game between 3:00pm – 8:00pm will be randomly selected every 20 minutes to spin the Prize Wheel for a chance to win Free Slot Play or cash prizes. Mohegan Pennsylvania is ready to turn up the heat for a
thrilling Hot Summer Fun season! From July 1st through September 1st, Momentum members can enjoy giveaways with chances to win more than $2 million in cash prizes, Free Slot Play, brand-new summer toys and more. Hot Summer Fun begins with a summer kick-off event featuring Ostrich and Camel races and live harness racing. Don’t miss weekly tribute bands at the popular outdoor concert series Party on the Patio, and the FUNTASTIC 2023 Tour featuring Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo.
Mohegan Pennsylvania’s Summer Kickoff marks the start of the season with camel and ostrich races on July 1st. Live harness racing serves as the star of the show, where Mohegan PA’s horse racing action gets a unique twist. Between races, ostriches and camels with drivers will make a mad dash to the finish line! This family-friendly event starts at 12:30pm with the FBS Initiative presenting the colors during the National Anthem. Guests can also enjoy face painting, balloon art, Jitty Joe’s Ice Cream Truck and more! Local charity Marley’s Mission and veteran service organizations Amvets and PA Wounded Warriors will be on hand to provide support to guests of all ages.
Also kicking off on July 1st is Mohegan Pennsylvania’s “Toys Of Summer Giveaway.” Momentum members can earn entries all month long to win their choice of a Polaris Slingshot, Kawasaki Teryx, or an Aprilia RSV4 from North American Warhorse. The drawing will take place on July 29th with over 100 winners, but only one lucky Momentum member will drive away with their new summer toy!
In August, Momentum members can earn entries for the “$75,000 Aloha August Giveaway.” Drawings will take place as Hot Summer Fun wraps up on September 1st. One lucky winner will receive $25,000 Cash!
HOT SUMMER FUN DAYS OF THE WEEK

Every Sunday starting July 2nd through August 20th, Momentum members who earn at least three Status Points will be able to participate in a slot tournament. Mondays bring the element of surprise to Hot Summer Fun. Each Monday there will be a different promotion, including a Toys of Summer entry multiplier, a Status Point Multiplier, Free Slot Play giveaways and more. All Momentum members who play their favorite slot machine or table game are eligible!
The first 500 Momentum members to earn one Status Point on Tuesdays will receive a commemorative Hot Summer Fun 2023 t-shirt. Live harness racing gets a boost with ostrich & camel racing, plus so much more!
WHAT: Mohegan Pennsylvania is celebrating the start of their annual Hot Summer Fun with a Kickoff Party. This family-friendly event is full of activities while spotlighting local charities and a salute to veterans.

IN DETAIL: Hot Summer Fun is upon us at Mohegan Pennsylvania, and the Summer Kickoff Party is one guests won’t want to miss. Guests of all ages can gather at the Racetrack for a day of activities including face painting, balloon art, and more. Those looking for a quick bite can enjoy freshly grilled hot dogs and hamburgers and grab a sweet treat from Jitty Joe’s Homemade Ice Cream truck. An array of beverages will be available for purchase, along with a complimentary, limited-edition, color changing cup.
To get things started, the FBS Initiative, an organization dedicated to helping homeless veterans off the street and on their feet, will do a special presentation of the colors during the National Anthem at 12:30pm. Veteran organizations Amvets and the PA Wounded Warriors will also be on hand to provide support to past and present military members, along with their families. Additional charities at the Summer Kickoff include Marley’s Mission, a local non-profit organization that provides free, equine-based therapy to help children develop solutions in their own lives and break barriers in their own healing.
At 1:00pm, guests can enjoy some high energy live harness racing on the Racetrack with a unique twist during the two intermissions. Between races, ostriches and camels with drivers will take over the Racetrack for an exhilarating dash to the finish line!

IN DETAIL: Mohegan Sun Pocono’s Food Truck Festival is a special Hot Summer Fun event featuring some truly delicious food truck eats and sweet drink specials. This family-friendly event is open to guests of all ages and admission is free.

Live entertainment will be provided by Screaming Broccolli – a Breakers favorite. The Food Truck Festival will also offer a variety of activities, including axe throwing with Axecessive Force, Tarot Card readings by Tarot for Living and walk-up tournaments with NEPA Cornhole throughout the afternoon.
