WILKES-BARRE, PA  – Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs has your cure for the midweek blues with Winning Wednesdays. Throughout the summer, guests will have the opportunity to win cash, free slot play and more.
With Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs’ Sixty Second Showdown, each Wednesday in June from 10:00am to 5:00pm, two guests per hour will have the opportunity to spin the prize wheel revealing a task within one minute. All participants will automatically receive $100 in free slot play. Those who finish the challenge within 60 seconds will win an additional $250 in free slot play.
A number of food specials and happy hour deals are also available each Wednesday throughout the month including Bar Louie, Rustic Kitchen, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Wolfgang Puck and Wetzel’s Pretzels.
In July, guests will have the opportunity to duel it out with Dueling Cash Cubes. Each hour between 10:00am and 10:00pm, two guests will randomly be selected to duel it out in Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs’ Dueling Cash Cubes. Guests have 30 seconds to grab as much cash and free slot play as possible. Whoever has the most combined after the 30 seconds not only walks away with the money they collected, they will also get an extra $100 cash!
The winning continues in August with Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs’ popular Zoomball. Each hour between 10:00am and 10:00pm, two winners will be randomly selected for a chance to play Zoomball and a shot to get a prize from the Odds On Promotions.
