Pierce scored a come-from-behind victory in this Crown race for three-year-old filly trotters with Impressive Kemp, a 13-1 longshot.
Impressive Kemp was winning for the sixth time in 14 starts in 2010 and left no doubts that the Credit Winner filly could “mix” it up with horses of national stature. She was very tough on the New York Sires Stakes circuit before finishing second in her Crown elimination race at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.
